Position: Discovery Interview Professional Services Workflow Mapping Type: Contract Compensation: $60/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Engage in a broad, portfolio-level conversation about your work in professional services.

Discuss processes that consume the most time and identify repetitive tasks.

Highlight variations across clients, engagements, and departments.

Identify what separates positive execution from poor and what tends to get caught in review.

Discuss parts of work that must remain human and any regulatory constraints.

Provide insights for follow-up conversations to enhance learning.





Qualifications Must-Have Experience managing engagement teams or owning a book of work in professional services.

Current or recent experience at a public accounting or professional services firm.

Ability to speak to a portfolio of work rather than a single task.
