- Provide supportive therapy and resource counseling
- Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients
- Plan and manage patient discharge processes
- Supervise and train students in practical placements
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective service Requirements:
- Valid Master's Degree in Social Work
- Registered or eligible for registration with NSCSW
- At least two years of clinical practice experience
- Strong communication and counseling abilities
