Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements

- University Degree in Nursing or equivalent;
- Current credentials and registered with active membership with health or health-related professional college;
- Minimum 5 years working in a healthcare environment;
- Knowledge/experience in concerns management;
- Knowledge of health risk management practice and health law;
- Knowledge of legislation/regulations and awareness of risk management;
- Knowledge of hospital organization and knowledge of health care delivery system;
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology; pharmacology; disease processes;
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation/mediation/dispute resolution and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills;
- Empathic listening skills;
- Strong coaching and counselling skills;
- Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills;
- Computer skills (word processing; e-mail; manipulate data for report generation and graphics presentation);
- Time management skills;
- Elligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's Degree in a health related field;
- Mental health experience;
- Proficiency in English and French oral expression (level 4 - advanced) and comprehension (level 4 - advanced).
