Job Status: Permanent: Full Time Job Schedule: Day time Purpose of the position We are currently seeking a Sous Chef for a permanent, full-time position to support the Head Chef at our Villa Jonquière residence.Daytime hours, full time, 8 hours per day, one weekend out of two. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Perform meal preparation while supervising and mobilizing staff in the kitchen
- Perform other related duties
- Assemble plates of food
- Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food
- Use products and equipment according to the safety, quality,



hygiene and cleanliness rules and standards in effect The ideal person has :

- Being able to manage conflicts effectively Required qualifications :
- Flexibility for the work schedule
