Role: UiPath Tester / RPA QA Engineer Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid Experience: 6 8 Years Employment Type: Full time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced UiPath Tester / RPA QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of UiPath-based automation solutions .

The candidate will be responsible for RPA testing, test planning, workflow validation, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support.

Key Responsibilities: Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for RPA solutions.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of UiPath workflows .

Validate RPA processes, business rules, exception handling, logging, and automation outcomes.

Test and validate UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, and Queue-based processing .

Support testing of Document Understanding solutions; AI Center experience is preferred.

Perform Web, Desktop, and API testing/automation as required.

Identify, document, track, and manage defects through the complete defect lifecycle .

Coordinate and support UAT activities with business and technical stakeholders.

Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, test evidence,



and other QA documentation.

Collaborate with developers, RPA teams, business users, and stakeholders in an Agile environment .

Required Skills: 6 8 years of overall QA/Testing experience . 3+ years of hands-on UiPath/RPA testing experience .

Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator .

Experience with RE Framework and Queue-based processing .

Understanding of RPA lifecycle, SDLC, and STLC .

Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing .

Knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Postman .

Experience with Git/Version Control and Agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, and RPA validation .

Experience with test management/defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure Dev

Ops .

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills: UiPath Document Understanding UiPath AI Center API testing using Postman Automation testing experience Experience working in enterprise RPA environments
