Food Service Supervisor

Wakiki Motel is a motel and restaurant business located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.

We are currently looking for an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-Time)
Wage: $15.75 – $17.00 per hour (Negotiable)
Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week (To be determined)

Job Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations within the motel property
- Lead and support front-line food service staff during busy meal periods
- Monitor customer service quality and ensure guests receive friendly and productive service
- Assist with staff training, shift coordination, and workplace cleanliness standards
- Coordinate food preparation and service timing with kitchen staff




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for motel guests and local customers
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues in a professional manner
- Support smooth day‑to‑day operations of the motel restaurant and food service area
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

- Completion of secondary school
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
