The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Finance as part of the Corporate team in Downtown Toronto. Please note, this is a five day in-office role.Responsibilities:Execute the monthly financial close process for assigned subsidiaries and entities, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvementsPrepare and record daily and monthly journal entriesPrepare monthly bank reconciliations and manage loan and interest calculationsPrepare quarterly intercompany billings and reconcile intercompany transactions with operating business groups and internal departmentsAssist in analyses for internal management reporting and regulatory requirementsPropose and implement enhancements to processes, tools, and reports to drive efficiencySupport special projects as assignedQualifications:1 to 2 years of progressive accounting or auditing experienceCPA designation, or,
