As part of the Home Operations team, you will carry out essential duties during nighttime hours. Your responsibilities will range from direct resident interaction in emergencies to maintaining cleanliness and safety within the building. An emphasis on robust judgment and reliability is crucial as you manage multiple tasks during shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address medical alerts and emergency requests from residents
• Clean and sanitize public washrooms and common areas
• Operate security systems and perform building checks




• Answer phone inquiries and provide reception coverage
• Document shift activities and report issues promptly
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred
• Basic computer proficiency needed
• Valid Criminal Record Check is necessary
• Willing to obtain First Aid Level 1 certification
