Technical Business Analyst (5-7+ years) to support targeted marketing campaign delivery using PEGA CDH and SQL- 41605 Our financial services client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (5-7+ years) to support targeted marketing campaign delivery using PEGA CDH and SQL- 41605 Location Address: Toronto/Hybrid: 3-4 days/week (days are adaptable) Contract Duration: 10/05/2026 to 10/04/2027 (Chance of Extension) Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week Story Behind the Need : Business group: Canadian Banking Analytics – focused on targeted marketing campaign work, including building campaigns and supporting all targeted marketing initiatives within Canadian Banking.

Responsibilities include pre-sizing and segmentation, delivery, post-campaign analysis Project: Support Insurance Squad as a Technical Business Analyst - PEGA. Work with Canadian banking business lines for Day-to-day support.

Reason: Additional Support Key Accountabilities: ● Responsible for Requirement gathering and support Design, build and execute customer marketing offers/communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic and segmentations to help elevate our customer’s experiences across channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey ● Apply Next Best Action design principles to build & test decision strategies/campaign eligibility using Pega application to execute and monitor marketing offers ● Document and implement business requirements to deliver key customer interactions across multiple channels ● Analyze and synthesize data around campaign presentment and customer responses to identify trends,



deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving acquisition and engagement ● Act as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders and channel partners ● Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities ● Support production incident investigations and inquiries through our department help desk email Must Have skills: 1) 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst 2) 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery 3) Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred 4) Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation. 5) 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills Nice to have: 1) Familiarity with banking products 2) Experience with Google Cloud Platform 3) Previous experience with Data bricks.

- Recent experience with Python Education: •Bachelor’s Degree - Analytical background with a quantitative focus, such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science •Certified with Pega an asset Best VS.

Average Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery. Recent experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Previous experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation is critical for the role. Previous experience with top Canadian banks is highly preferred.
