**About the Role**
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented
**Guest Service Agent**
to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from arrival through departure while providing efficient and personalized service.
**Key Responsibilities**
Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.

Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.

Handle reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest accounts.

Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation.

Address guest concerns and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Answer telephone calls and respond to guest communications.

Maintain accurate records and follow all front-office procedures.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.





Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and standards of service.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**
Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid customer-service and problem-solving abilities.

Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Familiarity with hotel property-management systems is an asset.

Additional languages are an asset.
