**Job Title: Production/Operations Leader**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a leader, where you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating key activities related to aircraft projects.

This role requires a proactive approach to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across various departments.
**Responsibilities**
Prepare visibility of activities statements of work, project schedules, and status reports.

Inform management of any quality or process issues on the aircraft.

Interface with other disciplines and divisions, and prepare presentations for management and personnel.

Communicate urgent operations activities impacting the Final Assembly Line (FAL), including escalations, risks, and issues, and provide weekly and monthly progress updates.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various departments and suppliers.
**Essential Skills**
Experience with project coordination and schedule management.

Ability to troubleshoot and manage change planning in a unionized environment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing people in the manufacturing industry.

Strong project management skills and knowledge of the manufacturing development cycle.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Strong communication skills and capability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, Power

Point, and Excel.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Experience in aircraft manufacturing or aviation environment.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Logical and flexible mindset, with the ability to show initiative.

Ability to work outside of normal business hours when required.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Mississauga, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors,



including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
