Title: Senior SAP HCM Time Consultant
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
Onsite Flexibility: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Months

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Consultant to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective configuration and integration of SAP HCM Time Management systems within the government sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered:

- SAP HCM Time Management Configuration – Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience
- Proficiency in Time Evaluation, Work Schedules, Leave & Absence Management, Holiday Calendars, Overtime Rules, Attendance & Time Recording
- SAP Time Management integration with Payroll and other HR modules
- Strong understanding of HR and workforce management processes
- SAP HR Support Pack upgrades and system testing
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry





Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Nice-to-have skills but are not required:

- Experience working in a rapid-paced consulting environment
- Experience supporting SAP HCM enhancements and production issues
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and problem-solving skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Key tasks and expectations for the role:

- Configure and maintain SAP HCM Time Management systems to meet client needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other HR modules
- Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM Time Management issues
