Account Executive – Construction ERP Software
Remote | Texas-Based Required

SRA Staffing is hiring a U.S.-based Account Executive for a fast-growing cloud construction ERP software company.

This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Texas. The primary focus is building the Texas market, with possible coverage into nearby Southern U.S. markets.

This is a robust opportunity for a software seller who understands consultative sales, business pain, and multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

The company sells cloud-based ERP software to construction businesses that are outgrowing QuickBooks, spreadsheets, legacy systems, or disconnected tools and need better visibility across accounting, projects, reporting, operations, and field-to-office workflows.

Compensation:

Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 USD
OTE: up to approximately $250,000–$300,000 USD

What we’re looking for:

Texas-based candidates only

Proven B2B software sales experience

Strong discovery, qualification, and closing ability

Experience selling SaaS, ERP,



construction tech, accounting software, project management software, field operations software, or other business-critical platforms

Comfort selling to owners, executives, CFOs, Controllers, finance leaders, operations leaders, and project stakeholders

Ability to manage qualified opportunities through demo coordination, proposal, negotiation, and close

U.S.-based and legally eligible to work in the United States

Strong assets:

Construction ERP or construction SaaS experience

Experience selling to contractors, builders, developers, or trades

Understanding of job costing, WIP, billing, change orders, project profitability, or construction accounting

Background with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Viewpoint / Trimble, CMiC, Buildertrend, BuildOps, ServiceTitan, Sage, Acumatica, Foundation Software, ComputerEase, or similar platforms
