Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a leading healthcare technology organization.

This candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing a highly complex schedule, coordinating executive communications, overseeing travel and event logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of key priorities across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a polished and proactive executive support professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, exercises exceptional discretion, and consistently anticipates needs before they arise.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, board members, and key stakeholders while helping drive operational excellence and supporting the growth of an innovative industry leader.
• Provide comprehensive and dedicated executive support to the CEO, managing a complex calendar, meeting cadence, competing commitments, and day-to-day priorities with discretion and sound judgment.
• Proactively manage scheduling by presenting proposed meeting times for alignment, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the CEO's time is focused on the organization's highest priorities.
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, facilitating communication and ensuring timely follow-through across the CEO's key relationships and commitments.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Maintain the CEO's annual calendar of conferences, investor events, and key industry engagements, partnering with Investor Relations to coordinate registrations, travel, and related logistics.
• Anticipate the CEO's needs, navigate changing priorities and scheduling conflicts, and ensure commitments, decisions, and follow-ups are effectively tracked, communicated, and completed.
• Prepare and process expense reports, correspondence,



presentations, briefing materials, reports, and other executive documents with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise with the executive team, senior leaders, internal teams, external partners, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate executive onsite meetings, including agendas, catering, AV, materials, and other logistical requirements.
• Lead the planning and execution of annual strategy sessions and leadership summit offsites, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential business and personnel information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Foster strong relationships across the organization to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and execution.
• Support special projects, company events, and ad hoc initiatives on behalf of the CEO, adapting to evolving priorities and business needs.

Skills and Requirements
• 7-10+ years of progressive Executive Assistant experience
• Extensive experience directly supporting a CEO or C-suite executive
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing executive priorities
• Robust experience coordinating domestic and international travel
• Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power

Point, Teams)
• Experience coordinating executive meetings, leadership events, and strategic offsites
• Ability to leverage AI tools and technology to improve administrative efficiency
• Must be able to work onsite in Vancouver • Experience supporting executives within healthcare, technology, or publicly traded companies
• Experience working with Boards of Directors and Investor Relations teams
• Background supporting high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations
• Experience planning large-scale executive retreats, leadership summits, or strategy sessions
• Familiarity with conference management and investor event coordination
