**Job Title: Forklift Operator (Truckers)**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at a cookie manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and organizing materials efficiently and safely, while supporting our production processes.
**Responsibilities**
Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and quality.

Verify packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders against received goods.

Operate sit-down and stand-up counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.

Scan and enter inventory data into WMS/ERP systems.

Identify and document discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers or internal teams.

Maintain organized staging areas and ensure proper storage of materials.

Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and root-cause analysis for variances.

Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use, load securement, and equipment inspections.
**Essential Skills**
3+ years of material handling and shipping experience.

Experience with computer systems is required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Experience with SAP or equivalent warehouse systems is a plus.

Forklift certification is preferred.

The role requires wearing hair nets, smocks, safety shoes, and ear protection.

The shift is from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with flexibility for day shifts and weekends.

Be prepared to work in a lively environment with 100 production workers.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location,



internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Toronto,ON.
