**Job Description:**
**APERÇU**
Au sein du service Stratégie des produits et tarification en assurance de dommages, notre mandat consiste à surveiller la performance des produits d'assurance des particuliers, notamment l'assurance habitation, locataire, automobile et motocyclette.
Notre rôle est de comprendre l'évolution du marché de l'assurance, les nouvelles tendances et les tendances émergentes qui influencent notre secteur d'activité, d'analyser la performance de nos produits et de concevoir des solutions visant à mieux servir nos clients tout en maintenant une performance saine de notre portefeuille. À ce titre, notre équipe joue un rôle essentiel dans la performance globale de TD Assurance et contribue à la réalisation de sa mission : être plus simple, plus utile et plus humaine.

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**
À titre de stagiaire au sein de l'équipe Stratégie des produits et tarification en assurance de dommages, vous aurez l'occasion de participer à divers projets clés soutenant nos objectifs stratégiques.
Relevant du gestionnaire de produits, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les analystes de l'équipe afin de: Cerner les occasions d'amélioration
Concevoir des solutions
Développer les exigences des projets
Soutenir la livraison de bout en bout des initiatives liées aux produits
Vos responsabilités quotidiennes comprendront notamment :
L'analyse de données
La recherche de marché
La préparation de présentations
Les communications avec les parties prenantes
D'autres activités liées aux projets stratégiques
Vous aurez également l'occasion d'apprendre à travailler dans un environnement Agile et de collaborer avec des collègues provenant de diverses équipes, notamment les ventes, les réclamations, la technologie, les affaires juridiques, l'expérience client et bien d'autres.
**EXIGENCES DU POSTE**
Être actuellement inscrit(e) à un
**programme universitaire de premier cycle**
en finance, comptabilité, analytique, assurance, science des données, administration des affaires,
commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
Devoir retourner aux études au début ou à la fin du stage conformément aux exigences du programme coopératif ou de stage.
