Insight Global is looking for a Application Support Analyst to support Canada Goose at pick retail season.

This candidate will provide operational support, monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and business user assistance across key business applications and integrations supporting Finance, Retail, and Ecommerce operations.

Skills and Requirements
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance modules) Need to have
• Experience supporting Shopify integrations and sales order processing (genaral integration type of knowledge)
• Proven application support experience, including incident management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication
- Really good communication
- (40 hours/week) with flexibility to support a staggered operational schedule, including weekend coverage as required.
