About the Role Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Operations will lead all aspects of manufacturing, production, project management, procurement, installation logistics, quality assurance, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing operational performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business growth and profitability goals. Lead daily operations across production, project management, procurement, logistics,
