Core Roles & Responsibilities:

Restaurant Opener:

- For the early risers! In store before 4am to prep bake for the day.
- Able to work alone and on a team.
- Reliable & Responsible.
- Opener's also receive additional $1.00 per hour.

Restaurant Team Member / Cashier:

- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments via the cash register.
- Food & Beverage Preparation: Make coffee, specialty drinks (like Iced Capps), donuts, soups, sandwiches, and wraps following company standards.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the front counter, dining area, and work stations clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.

Baker:

- Baking Production: Prepare, bake, and finish donuts, pastries, and baked goods according to precise production and recipe sheets.
- Inventory & Waste Control: Monitor sales trends, track waste, rotate stock, and adjust baking quantities to ensure maximum freshness.

Key Requirements & Skills for all Tim Hortons positions:

- Communication: Positive, polite, and effective communication with both customers and team members.
- Multitasking & Stamina:



Ability to stand for long shifts, handle fast-paced rushes, and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Food Safety: Strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Flexibility: Availability to work diverse shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
