In this role, you will assist members with inquiries and registration, conduct facility tours, and ensure a responsive and friendly atmosphere. You will be responsible for accurate cash reconciliation and communicating service issues, ensuring each member feels valued. Key Responsibilities:

- Address member inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist members with registration and membership processing
- Provide tours of the facility to prospective members
- Maintain a well-organized and stocked service area
- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year in customer service
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with systems like CLASS and Fusion
