You will handle CRM tasks, manage sales leads, and maintain accuracy in financial transactions. This role includes cross-training across various store functions enabling comprehensive operational support. Key Responsibilities:

- Offer courteous service and assist customers with selections
- Execute sales leads following company standards
- Conduct cash handling and balancing procedures




- Participate in shipping and receiving responsibilities
- Keep the store organized and aligned with safety standards Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma and relevant experience of 3-5 years
- Previous customer service and cash handling background
- Familiarity with agricultural or petroleum sectors
- Robust relationship-building and learning mindset
