The Donor Recognition

Officer plays a central role in building connections with donors by executing effective stewardship practices. This position involves creating recognition materials, monitoring progress, and ensuring delivery of all recognition-related items. You will work closely with teams across the foundation to achieve the strategic vision and facilitate ongoing donor engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end donor recognition processes
- Design and conceptualize donor recognition materials
- Coordinate logistics with hospital departments
- Manage procurement processes for recognition items
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant combination of education/experience
- Minimum 3 years in fundraising roles
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
- Proficiency in Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with donor database systems preferred Contribute to UHN Foundation’s impactful donor recognition initiatives in Toronto.
