Elevate user experiences at Rodeo FX as a UX Designer specialized in visual effects. This position focuses on refining tools and workflows through user research and collaboration. In this role, you will support VFX artists by improving how they interact with our production tools and processes.

You should have over five years of experience in UX design for VFX, gaming, or similar environments, applying both qualitative and quantitative research methods. You'll work closely with artists and technical teams to uncover inefficiencies and translate them into practical design enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research and workflow analysis
