- Welcome all visitors and create positive first impressions
- Answer inquiries promptly via various communication channels




- Handle all aspects of memberships and educational bookings
- Act as a resource for information about events and volunteer work
- Monitor and maintain accurate records in multiple CRMs Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in customer-facing roles or hospitality
- Excellent communication in English, other languages are assets
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office 365 and CRMs
- Familiarity with data privacy standards and tools
