Shiptop's Toronto warehouse is growing, and we need someone who can scale with it. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be on their feet, picking fast and accurately, and keeping the whole fulfillment operation flowing.

About Shiptop

Shiptop is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider; we handle fulfillment for e-commerce brands, from receiving inventory to picking, packing, and shipping every order. Our Toronto operation runs out of a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse, and we're in a real growth stretch: more clients, more volume, and a team that's expanding to match it.

About the Role

6-months into this role, you'll be someone the team can count on; picking orders accurately across every zone without needing to be told what's next, keeping inventory moves clean both on the shelf and in our system, and stepping into whatever the day's bottleneck is. Along the way, you'll likely pick up dock stacker or reach truck skills through our in-house training (previous experience / license is a plus).

What You'll Do

- Pick customer orders accurately across multiple inventory zones and deliver them to packing/shipping stations
- Move inventory both physically and within our warehouse management system, keeping counts accurate
- Operate a pallet jack/pump truck for daily inventory movement




- Work off an iPad/scanner to guide picks, receiving, and inventory tasks
- Move quick without sacrificing accuracy; mistakes here become returns later
- Assist wherever the floor needs it on a day-to-day basis; no two shifts look exactly the same
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

Required

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse
- Working with a wireless WMS system
- Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout an entire shift; this is a fast-paced, physical role
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly through a full shift
- Comfortable learning to and working from an iPad/handheld scanner
- Self-directed; you see what needs to be done next without waiting to be told

Preferred

- Experience picking, packing, or working in a warehouse/fulfillment environment
- Experience operating a dock stacker or reach truck (we'll train the right person who doesn't have this yet)
- Reach Truck or Dock Stacker License

Compensation + Benefits

Compensation: $19 - $22. Full-time hours.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
