About the Role

I am a real estate professional looking for a reliable Web Developer to help with ongoing improvements, integrations, and basic technical updates to my real estate website.

This is a great chance for someone who is comfortable working independently, understands contemporary websites and integrations, and can take care of smaller development tasks without needing extensive supervision.

Responsibilities

- Make basic updates and improvements to the existing website
- Set up and manage website integrations with third-party tools and platforms
- Connect website forms with email notifications and lead-management systems
- Integrate CRM, lead-generation, scheduling, analytics, and other real-estate-related tools as required
- Troubleshoot basic website issues and fix bugs
- Improve website functionality, user experience, and mobile responsiveness
- Add or modify website sections, forms, buttons, links, and other elements
- Assist with SEO and basic website performance improvements
- Ensure website forms and lead submissions are working properly
- Make ongoing technical updates as new requirements come up

Requirements
- Experience with website development and integrations




- Comfortable working with platforms such as Wix, WordPress, or similar website builders
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development
- Experience integrating APIs, forms, CRM systems, email platforms, and third-party applications is an asset
- Positive understanding of responsive/mobile website design
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and ability to understand requirements
- Able to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
- Previous experience working with real estate websites or lead-generation websites is an asset

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can look at a website, understand what needs to be connected or improved, and get the job done without making things unnecessarily complicated.

Most tasks will involve website integrations, functionality improvements, troubleshooting, and basic development rather than building a website completely from scratch.
