Expand work-integrated learning at SAIT as a Senior Analyst in the School of Health and Public Safety. Lead strategic initiatives and foster industry partnerships to support student engagement. This position involves operational oversight and collaboration with academic and community stakeholders. You will be responsible for enhancing the quality of experiential learning and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards in healthcare education. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning and administration of practicum activities
- Develop metrics and reports for accreditation and quality assurance
- Support preceptors and partner organizations through engagement
- Create orientation and training resources for successful placements
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Diploma in healthcare, education, or a related field required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare education
- Solid relationship-building skills with effective communication
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Lead initiatives that shape the future of healthcare and empower students at SAIT.
