Our client is seeking a mid-to-senior level Associate or Counsel for their highly regarded Infrastructure and Project Finance practice. This role focuses on advising clients on major infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships, and financing strategies. Your expertise will be integral in navigating sophisticated debt structures and commercial agreements while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



• Structure and execute complex infrastructure transactions • Draft and negotiate project-related financing agreements • Provide legal advice throughout project lifecycles • Interact with lenders, sponsors, and developers • Work on multi-jurisdictional projects alongside other lawyers
