Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Downtown Vancouver residential building. The successful candidate will live on-site and work closely with residents, contractors, property management, and other building staff.

**Base salary ranging from $60,000-$65,000 + On-Site Accommodations**

As this is a live-in position, the successful candidate will reside on-site and be available to respond to building-related matters as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Provide professional and responsive service to residents.
- Conduct regular building inspections and identify maintenance or safety issues.
- Coordinate contractors, trades, deliveries, and service providers.




- Oversee preventative maintenance and assist with building projects.
- Respond to building emergencies and occasional after-hours issues.
- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and incidents.
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and other resident requests.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in residential building management, property operations, facilities, or a related role.
- Solid customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Practical knowledge of building maintenance and systems.
- Ability to coordinate contractors and resolve issues independently.
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented.
- Ability to respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.
