Key Responsibilities:



• Grow and manage a diversified donor portfolio • Lead fundraising plans for your team’s initiatives • Execute targeted strategies for major gift cultivation • Engage with prospects to enhance funding sources • Collaborate with regional staff to optimize donor strategies

Requirements: • 7+ years in fundraising role with leadership experience • Demonstrated success in securing major gifts • Robust organizational and strategic skills • Understanding of type 1 diabetes is an advantage • Ability to travel within Western Canada as needed
