Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Order Picker - Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Order Picker - Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Picker - Forklift Operator

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Range: $21.65

Shift: Day Shift - 6:00 am to 2:30 pm - Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Perform inbound activities including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory.
- Reprice and retag products as needed to maintain correct labeling and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work workplace following all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

What's Needed?
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies (RF scanners, voice picking, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy
- Reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Eligible for PIT certification if required
- Committed to safety standards and compliance (steel toe boots and high-visibility vest required)
