Position: Senior Project Manager / Leader
Duration: 6 Months assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

About the Engagement
Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Leader to lead large-scale enterprise business and I⁢ initiatives. The successful consultant will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex, high-profile projects involving multiple stakeholders, business teams, and technology groups.
This opportunity is ideal for a senior project management qualified with extensive experience delivering multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs, managing enterprise technology deployments, and leading cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Scope
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and stakeholder communication plans.
Coordinate business, operational, technical, legal, privacy, and communications workstreams.
Lead project planning, implementation, technology deployment activities, and transition to operational support.
Assignment Deliverables
Comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
Executive status reports, dashboards, and public sector materials.
Risk, issue, dependency, and change management documentation.
Financial tracking, budget forecasts,
and expenditure reconciliation reports.
Expertise Required
Must Have:
10+ years of integrated enterprise project management experience across business and I⁢ teams.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects and programs.
Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and change controls.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Project, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
Experience utilizing and managing software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivery approaches.
Experience managing project lifecycles using tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Kanban, or similar project management platforms.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting large-scale public sector transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of public sector network, desktop infrastructure procurement, implementation, and support models.
Security Clearance
