Experienced Academic Coach (Remote, Part time)
Canadian applicants only.
We're looking for an academic coach to work one-on-one with students in Grades 9–12. You must have availability on weeknights and weekends.
You'll hold check-ins to keep students on track. You'll set goals, plan their week, follow up on commitments and build habits that last.
You have
- Proven experience coaching, tutoring or mentoring high school students
- A track record of helping students with organization, motivation, procrastination or test anxiety
- Strong Math or English skills
- A degree in a related discipline, and you went to high school in Canada
You'll
- Run one-on-one online coaching sessions, prepared and on time
- Hold students accountable in a way that's both supportive and direct
- Help students build habits for success that can be maintained without you
- Communicate professionally with students and our team
