Role Description This part-time remote Account Assistant / Finance Assistant role at Comunidade Remuneração e Benefícios Brasil (RB BR) focuses on supporting daily financial and accounting operations.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, preparing basic financial reports, and maintaining accurate records in accounting systems. The role also involves reconciling transactions, monitoring payment deadlines, and helping with budgeting or expense tracking as needed. The assistant will collaborate with finance team members, respond to internal and external inquiries, and help ensure compliance with established financial procedures and policies.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making.
- Experience with invoicing processes, including issuing, tracking,



and reconciling invoices accurately and on time.
- Foundational knowledge of finance principles and practices, including budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Practical understanding of accounting concepts, such as accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with team members, vendors, and stakeholders in remote settings.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic financial software; familiarity with ERP or accounting tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part time schedule.
- Relevant education or training in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
