1099 Call Center Partner / Independent Call Center OperatorBuild Your Own Sales Operation. Sell Established Services. Earn Based on What You Build.

Independent Contractor | 1099 | Commission-Based | Entrepreneurial Opportunity | Remote

About the Opportunity

Castille Group is expanding.

As we enter new markets, industries, and areas of business, we are looking for hungry, experienced sales professionals and entrepreneurial operators who want to do more than work another sales job.

We are looking for people who want to build something of their own.

The opportunity is for an Independent Call Center Operator / 1099 Call Center Partner who will independently build and operate a sales team focused on generating new business for an assigned Castille Group company, service, market, territory, or industry.

This is not an employment position.

You will not be joining Castille Group as an employee, and this is not a salaried call-center management job.

Instead, you will operate as an independent business partner responsible for building and managing your own sales operation.

Think of the model as being similar in structure to a franchise or independent sales operation, but without purchasing a traditional physical franchise location.

Castille Group provides the established service, commercial framework, sales resources, lead opportunities, and fulfillment infrastructure.

You build and operate the sales organization.

If you are looking for a guaranteed salary, hourly pay, a company-provided sales team, or a position where someone else handles the difficult parts of building a sales operation, this is not for you.

If you want the opportunity to build a sales organization where your income can grow according to the amount of business you generate, keep reading.

What You Will Do

As an Independent Call Center Partner, you will be responsible for developing and operating your own outbound sales operation.

Your primary objective is simple:

Build a team. Generate conversations. Generate customers. Build revenue.

You will determine how you build your operation, including how you recruit, organize, manage, motivate, and compensate your sales team.

Your responsibilities may include

- Building your own outbound calling operation
- Recruiting and selecting callers/sales representatives
- Training and supervising your sales team
- Establishing your team's daily and weekly activity expectations
- Managing call volume and sales activity
- Monitoring performance and conversion rates
- Developing your team's sales culture
- Coaching underperforming representatives
- Replacing representatives who do not perform
- Scaling your team when performance justifies expansion
- Managing your team's calling infrastructure
- Selecting and paying for your own telecommunications/calling tools
- Managing your own operating expenses
- Prospecting and following up with potential customers
- Using Castille-approved sales materials and positioning
- Selling the assigned Castille Group service
- Maintaining accurate sales attribution
- Communicating closed opportunities to Castille
- Working with Castille through the customer onboarding process
- Continuously improving your team's sales performance

You are not expected to simply manage a team that Castille gives you.

You are expected to build the team.

You Choose How You Build Your Team

One of the biggest advantages of this model is that you decide how you want to build your sales organization.

Castille Group does not require you to operate a traditional physical call center or hire a local team.

You may build your operation:

- Locally
- Remotely
- With a U.S.-based team
- With an international team
- With a combination of U.S. and international representatives
- Through a hybrid operating model

For example, an operator based in the United States may choose to build the business development and management side of their operation themselves while recruiting and managing a remote calling team.

Our Preferred Operator Profile

We are particularly interested in U.S.-based sales professionals and entrepreneurs who understand the U.S. market and want to build a sales operation that can scale beyond their own personal selling capacity.

You may already have experience in sales, call centers, lead generation, recruiting, outsourcing, or business development.

You may also already understand how to build a remote or offshore team.

If you are an experienced U.S. salesperson who has thought:

"I could sell this if I had a team making the calls for me."

this opportunity may be a strong fit.

Remote & Philippines-Based Teams

If you choose to build a remote or international sales operation, Castille Group can provide additional guidance based on our experience operating around the United States and Philippines.

This may include general guidance around:

- Where to look for potential representatives
- Recruiting channels
- Structuring a remote team
- Working with independent contractors
- Recruiting sales representatives in the Philippines
- General considerations when building a U.S.-focused sales team with Philippines-based callers
- Scaling an outsourced calling operation

This guidance is intended to help you build your own operation.

Castille does not recruit, employ, or manage your sales representatives for you.

You remain responsible for your own recruitment, selection, engagement, compensation, management, and operating expenses.

You decide whether your team is located in the United States, the Philippines, another location, or a combination of locations.

You build the team. You manage the team. You determine how you operate.

What Castille Group Does NOT Provide

This is an important part of the opportunity.

You are an independent operator.

Castille Group does not provide you with a fully staffed call center.

You are responsible for building your own operation.

You should expect to independently provide and pay for the resources necessary to operate your business, including, where applicable:

- Your own computer/equipment
- Your own internet connection
- Your own workspace
- Your own calling/VoIP system
- Your own dialer
- Your own telecommunications expenses
- Your own sales representatives/callers
- Recruitment of your sales representatives
- Compensation of your sales representatives
- Team management
- Scheduling
- Quality control
- Training and supervision of your team
- Other ordinary operating expenses of your independent business

Castille does not provide you with employees.

Castille does not provide you with a guaranteed number of salespeople.

Castille does not pay your salespeople.

Castille does not operate your call center for you.

You are building your own operation.

Your Initial Investment

This opportunity requires real investment, but that does not necessarily mean a massive amount of capital.

You do not need $50,000 or $100,000 to get started.

The amount required will depend heavily on how you choose to structure your operation.

Some operators may choose to start extremely lean, recruit a small remote team, use inexpensive telecommunications infrastructure, and reinvest their early commissions into growth.

Others may choose to make a significantly larger investment from day one and build a larger operation immediately.

We have seen successful operators begin with as little as approximately $200 in initial operating investment, depending on their circumstances, team structure, and operating model.

That does not mean $200 guarantees success.

It means that this opportunity does not require a predetermined $50,000 capital commitment.

Your investment could be substantially higher or lower depending on:

- Team size
- Geographic market
- Staffing model
- Calling infrastructure
- Compensation structure
- Recruiting costs
- Equipment
- Workspace
- Other operating expenses

The important question is not:

"How much money do I have?"

The important question is

"How effectively can I deploy the resources I have to build a profitable sales operation?"

How the Partner Economics Work

This is a commission-based independent business opportunity.

You are not paid an hourly rate or salary.

Your compensation is generally tied to the revenue generated by the customers acquired through your sales operation.

Typical Commission Structure

Our standard partner structure is generally:

5%–10% of the customer's first service invoice plus

5% recurring commission on the customer's service invoices for the following five months.

The exact commission percentage and structure may vary by Castille company, product, service, market, or partner agreement.

Your commission is generally based on actual customer revenue, rather than simply the number of calls made or appointments generated.

Example: $1,280 First Service Invoice

Assume your operation closes a customer whose first service invoice is:

$1,280

At a 5% commission

$1,280 × 5% = $64

You earn $64 upfront.

At a 10% commission

$1,280 × 10% = $128

You earn $128 upfront.

If the customer continues receiving the service, you may then receive 5% of qualifying service invoices for the following five months, subject to the applicable partner agreement.

Example: $2,500 First Service Invoice

At 5%

$2,500 × 5% = $125 upfront

At 10%

$2,500 × 10% = $250 upfront

Plus the applicable recurring commission for the following five months.

Example: $5,120 First Service Invoice

At 5%

$5,120 × 5% = $256 upfront

At 10%

$5,120 × 10% = $512 upfront

Plus the applicable recurring commission for the following five months.

What This Can Look Like at Scale The average first service invoice across applicable offerings may fall approximately within the range of:

$1,280–$5,120

This means that the economics can become meaningful when an operator develops a consistent sales operation.

For example, suppose your team generates 20 new customers in a month and the average first service invoice is $2,500.

Total first-service revenue:

20 × $2,500 = $50,000

At a 5% partner commission:

$2,500 upfront commission

At a 10% partner commission:

$5,000 upfront commission

That is before considering any applicable recurring commissions from those customers.

If those customers continue receiving qualifying services, the recurring component can create an additional revenue stream over the following five months.

Another Example: Building a Larger Operation

Suppose you eventually build a team that generates:

50 new customers per month with an average first service invoice of:

$2,500

That represents

$125,000 in new first-service revenue per month.

At 5%

$6,250 partner commission

At 10%

$12,500 partner commission

Again, this is gross partner commission before your own business expenses and before any compensation you choose to provide to your sales team.

Your callers are your responsibility.

Your telecommunications are your responsibility.

Your operating expenses are your responsibility.

Your profit is the amount remaining after those expenses.

You Control Your Internal Economics

Castille pays the independent partner according to the applicable partner commission agreement.

How you structure your own sales organization is your business decision.

For example, you may choose to:

- Pay callers hourly
- Pay callers per qualified appointment
- Pay callers per sale
- Use a commission structure
- Use a hybrid compensation structure
- Recruit contractors internationally
- Build a local team
- Build a remote team
- Reinvest commissions into additional recruitment
- Keep the operation extremely lean

Your internal compensation structure should be designed and operated by you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Castille does not determine what you pay your team.

There Is No Guaranteed Income

We want to be very clear:

These numbers are examples, not income guarantees.

Your actual earnings will depend entirely on your performance and the performance of your operation.

A person who closes zero customers earns:

$0.

A person who builds a team that consistently generates customers has the opportunity to earn substantially more.

Your results will depend on factors including:

- Your sales ability
- Your team's sales ability
- Number of representatives
- Call volume
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
- Customer demand
- Follow-up
- Team management
- Recruiting
- Retention
- Operating expenses
- Your ability to scale

The opportunity is uncapped, but it is not guaranteed.

Who We Are Looking For

This opportunity is designed for entrepreneurs disguised as salespeople.

We are particularly interested in people who have experience in:

- Outbound sales
- Cold calling
- B2B sales
- Call-center operations
- Sales management
- Lead generation
- Appointment setting
- Business development
- Recruiting sales representatives
- Building remote sales teams
- Managing high-volume sales operations
- Running an independent sales organization
- Entrepreneurship

You do not necessarily need to have previously owned a call center.

However, you need to demonstrate that you understand sales and have the ability and determination to build an organization.

The Person We Want

We want someone who sees this and thinks:

"I can build a team around this."

You should be

- Hungry
- Competitive
- Self-motivated
- Commercially minded
- Comfortable with uncertainty
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Willing to invest your own resources
- Comfortable recruiting people
- Comfortable managing performance
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Persistent
- Organized
- Results-oriented
- Entrepreneurial

You should be someone who does not need a manager checking whether you worked eight hours today.

You should be motivated by:

Results. Ownership. Growth.

Who Should NOT Apply

Please do not apply if you are looking for:

- A guaranteed salary
- Hourly pay
- Guaranteed commissions
- A traditional employee position
- A company-provided sales team
- A company-provided call center
- Guaranteed customers
- Someone else to recruit your team
- Someone else to manage your team
- Someone else to pay your sales representatives
- A completely turnkey business requiring no investment
- A position where Castille manages your daily activities
- A position where you simply follow instructions and collect a paycheck

This opportunity requires initiative and ownership.

Why Castille Group?

Castille Group is currently expanding its area of business and entering new markets.

We are building businesses across multiple industries and are looking for entrepreneurial operators who can help us establish and grow sales operations around these businesses.

Rather than attempting to build every sales operation internally, we are developing a network of independent entrepreneurial operators who can build specialized sales organizations around individual Castille businesses and markets.

This creates an opportunity for the right operator to get involved while new markets are being built, rather than joining an established organization where the ceiling has already been set.

You are not being hired to maintain an existing call center.

You are being given an opportunity to build one.

This Is Your Business to Build

We provide the framework.

You build the operation.

We provide the offering.

You sell it.

We provide lead opportunities.

You turn them into customers.

We fulfill the service.

You build the sales organization.

We provide the commission structure.

You determine how much you are willing to invest and how aggressively you want to build.

There is no shortcut.

There is no guaranteed paycheck.

There is no guaranteed income.

There is, however, an opportunity to build something substantially larger than a traditional sales job.

Interested?

If you are an experienced salesperson, sales manager, call-center operator, or entrepreneur who has been looking for an opportunity to build and operate your own sales organization, we want to hear from you.

When applying, tell us:

- What sales experience do you have?
- Have you ever managed or recruited a sales team?
- Have you operated a call center or sales organization before?
- How many sales representatives could you realistically recruit within your first 30–60 days?
- What markets or industries do you have the strongest connections in?
- How would you structure your initial sales operation?
- What level of initial investment would you be comfortable making?
- Would you prefer to build a local, remote, international, or hybrid sales team?
- Why do you believe you can build a successful sales operation?
- What are your goals for the first 6–12 months?

We are not looking for someone who simply wants another job.

We are looking for operators.

We are looking for builders.

We are looking for people who want to build something of their own.

Castille Group is expanding.

New markets. New businesses. New opportunities.

Build the team. Build the sales. Build the business.
