In this key role, you will report to the Team Leader and manage a mixed portfolio of accounts. You will be pivotal in communicating effectively with clients about payment issues. A thorough understanding of accounts receivable processes and excellent analytical skills will enable you to recognize billing issues and promote effective resolutions within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle collection activities for low dollar accounts • Update customer files and report statuses to Management • Engage clients regarding invoice inquiries proactively • Compile and provide invoice copies and necessary documentation • Analyze accounts receivable reports for performance insight
