As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Montréal office. Working closely with Project Managers, you will support the preparation of project documentation and assist with project administration and follow-up. You will also be responsible for coordinating relationships with service providers, consultants, and clients.
This role is an excellent prospect for someone eager to contribute to the growth and success of the firm through its diverse architectural projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Read and administer service agreements and proposals
- Coordinate meetings with Project Managers to ensure proper administrative and financial project follow-up
- Liaise with the Accounting Department to ensure invoices align with project progress and contractual requirements
- Review accounts receivable status and follow up with clients as needed
- Organize team travel arrangements and allocate expenses to the appropriate projects
Your Profile
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and spoken French
- Good command of English, as you will collaborate with our Ontario office
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
