Job Title: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Remote, WFH
: We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our team to expand the platform’s capabilities with AI/ML, deep learning (DL), large language models (LLMs), and other emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be passionate about building AI-driven features that streamline workflows, improve client management, and create automated solutions for accountants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI/ML projects, integrating large language models (LLMs) and deep learning into our existing platform.
- Architect and develop intelligent automation solutions, utilizing AI for end-to-end engagement workflows.
- Build and deploy AI-based tools that mimic human behavior for using the platform.
- Enhance and improve our chatbot, currently based on GPT models, with future integrations of more advanced AI systems.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define AI-driven solutions that address user needs.
- Maintain and optimize machine learning models, ensuring high performance and accuracy in accounting automation tasks.
- Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and apply them to future-proof the platform’s capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence,
Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.• Experience:
o 5-7 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML and deep learning technologies.
o Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
o Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT models, Claude, Gemini), natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
•Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python and popular ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch,
Scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs,
Transformers) and their practical applications.
Experience with data analysis and feature engineering using tools like Pandas,
Numpy, and Scipy..
Expertise in deploying machine learning models using REST APIs, microservices architecture, and other web technologies.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large models (GPT, BERT,
etc.).
Knowledge of RPA tools for automation and integration with external systems.
AI Engineering Skills
o Experience with reinforcement learning for AI systems mimicking human behavior.
o Experience with vector embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
o Familiarity with GPT-based chatbot development and conversational AI technologies.
o Knowledge of AI/ML model training, tuning, and optimization for scalability and performance.
o Experience with recommendation systems, predictive modeling, and anomaly detection.
- Soft Skills:
o Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
o Proven leadership experience in AI/ML project management and mentoring junior engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker)
- Knowledge of Kafka for real-time ETL processing and Redis for caching.
- Understanding of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Previous experience working in financial technology or accounting automation.
