First National Financial is seeking an AI Quality and Evaluation Lead to own the evaluation strategy across our AI Factory solutions. You will define quality measures, develop test assets, and oversee automated evaluation for residential underwriting workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, QA, Risk, Compliance and Security to ensure policy adherence, accuracy, explainability, and solid governance while guiding production readiness and KRI/SLI reporting.
