Titre/Title : Analyste en soutien aux applications en production / Application Production Support Analyst

Durée/Duration: 1 an avec forte possibilité de renouvellement - 40 heures/semaine / 1 year with solid possibility of renewal - 40 hours/week

Lieu/Location: Montréal, 3 jours en présentiel obligatoire (dont les lundis ou vendredis) / Montreal, 3 days mandatory on-site (including Mondays or Fridays)

Exigences

Éducation et expérience professionnelle

- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) ou supérieur en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.

- Solide compréhension des secteurs d'activité du crédit et du fonds de roulement.

- Bonne connaissance des secteurs du financement d'actifs et de la titrisation, notamment :

- Fonds d'utilité spéciale (FUS) / CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation)

- Titres adossés à des créances hypothécaires résidentielles (RMBS)

- Titres adossés à des créances hypothécaires commerciales (CMBS)

- Titres adossés à des actifs (ABS)

- Expérience pratique d'au moins un langage de script :

- Shell

- Perl

- Batch

- Python

- Solide connaissance des processus de gestion des incidents, des problèmes et des changements.

- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.

- Solides compétences en documentation avec une maîtrise avancée de :

- Microsoft Excel

- Microsoft Word

- Microsoft PowerPoint

- Bonne compréhension des applications Java J2EE.

- Connaissance des technologies d'infrastructure, notamment :

- IBM MQ

- WebSphere

- Tomcat

- La certification ITIL Foundation ou des connaissances équivalentes constituent un atout.

- Expérience du soutien des environnements Unix, Linux et Windows.





- Expérience des déploiements et des installations d'applications.

- Connaissance de SQL et PL/SQL.

- Expérience avec des outils tels que :

- Jira

- Plateformes ITSM

- ServiceNow

- Fortes aptitudes pour la gestion simultanée de tâches (multitâche) et capacité avérée à réévaluer les priorités efficacement.

Requirements

Education & Professional Experience

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong understanding of Credit and Working Capital business lines.

- Good knowledge of Asset Finance and Securitization business lines,



including:

- Special Purpose Funds (SPF) / CLO

- Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS)

- Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS)

- Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)

- Hands-on experience with at least one scripting language:

- Shell

- Perl

- Batch

- Python

- Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong documentation skills with advanced proficiency in:

- Microsoft Excel

- Microsoft Word

- Microsoft PowerPoint

- Good understanding of Java J2EE applications.

- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including:

- IBM MQ

- WebSphere

- Tomcat

- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge is an asset.

- Experience supporting Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.

- Experience with application deployments and installations.

- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

- Experience with tools such as:

- Jira

- ITSM platforms

- ServiceNow
