What will your typical day look like?

As the Application Developer, you will design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software applications that drive core business processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers—to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly web and mobile applications.

Specifically, you will be responsible for

- Strategy & Architecture: Providing expert guidance on software design and strategic product direction to meet diverse stakeholder requirements.
- Codebase Health & Next-Gen Development: Reducing technical debt by writing modular, scalable, and testable code, while driving efficiency through optimized low-code and agentic AI development solutions.
- Issue Resolution & Optimization: Resolving complex systemic issues, investigating application bugs, and proactively managing user/QA-reported issues to ensure peak application performance and minimal downtime.
- Agile Leadership & Collaboration: Leading daily Scrum activities, working with the Scrum Master to eliminate obstacles, and coordinating with Product Owners to align sprint goals with business objectives.




- Mentorship & Documentation: Enforcing meticulous documentation for system architecture and APIs, and supporting junior developers through technical guidance and code reviews.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You For a candidate to be successful in this role, the key qualifications include:

- Education: B.S. in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Proven track record in designing fully integrated application solutions within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, engineering principles, database design, up-to-date application frameworks, and cloud deployment pipelines.
- Low-Code/No-Code: Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code development platforms.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of ERP, PLM, or Supply Chain business processes is highly preferred.
