Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Lead and supervise team members, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Manage inventory and maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring exceptional service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Support payroll processing, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new staff members.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor store budgets, sales targets, and performance metrics to meet or exceed business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and store policies while supervising cashiering activities and supervising overall store management.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in restaurant environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in restaurant sales operations including POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering.
- Adept at training & development to build a cohesive team.
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities.
- Experience with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative tasks.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff while maintaining high standards of store presentation and sales performance.
- Computer skills especially Microsoft
- Police check clearance
- Food Safe Certified
- Experience with VLT's
- First Aid Certified
- Ability to Cook as needed
- Ability to work other Jobs as needed
