In this contractor role, you will primarily focus on driving commercial agreements, from MSAs to NDAs, while improving contract workflow during peak business periods. Your hands-on experience in enterprise software agreements will be crucial in managing the contract lifecycle using Linksquares and supporting crucial teams within the organization. You'll contribute to a culture of collaboration within a dynamic legal workplace.

Key Responsibilities: • Review, draft,



and negotiate essential commercial contracts • Manage customer paper redlines effectively • Maintain contract records in Linksquares and Docusign • Provide contract guidance to Sales and Customer Success • Review third-party vendor agreements as needed

Requirements: • JD or equivalent legal qualification • 3-5 years in commercial contracts, either in-house or at a law firm • Familiarity with data privacy and SaaS agreements • Excellent communication skills with non-legal teams • Experience using CLM platforms like Linksquares
