CCR Solutions is looking for an experienced Audio Visual Labour Coordinator to join our Toronto team.
This is a key role responsible for the administration, scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day management of our full-time technical staff and freelance AV contractors supporting events throughout the Canadian market.

The Opportunity
As the Toronto Labour Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time.
You’ll work closely with our operations and technical teams to coordinate labour requirements for events, manage schedules, communicate with technicians and freelance contractors, and help ensure every event is properly staffed and supported.
This position is ideal for an experienced AV professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent organizational, communication, and people-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for full-time technical staff and freelance AV technicians.
- Assign technicians to events based on experience, technical skills, availability,
and event requirements.
- Manage labour requirements for events throughout the Toronto and Canadian markets.
- Communicate schedules, changes, and event details clearly and efficiently with technicians, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate staffing records, schedules, and related administrative information.
- Input, review, and process invoices from freelance technicians and labour contractors, ensuring hours, rates, and event details are accurate and properly documented.
- Work closely with operations and event teams to anticipate staffing requirements and resolve scheduling challenges.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with freelance technicians and internal staff.
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
- Support the successful execution of events by ensuring appropriate technical resources are in place.
- Travel throughout North America as required.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of proven and verifiable experience in the audio visual/events industry.
- Strong understanding of AV systems and event technology, including sound, video, and lighting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working in a customer service-focused environment.
- Strong administrative skills with experience entering, reviewing, and processing invoices or other financial documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical staff, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout North America.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Valid passport.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
