We are looking for a meticulous Automotive Detailer who takes pride in the "showroom shine" and has a sharp eye for the smallest details.

The Mission

Your goal is simple: make every vehicle look like it just rolled off the assembly line. You’ll be the final line of defense in our quality control process, ensuring every inch of a vehicle is pristine before it meets its owner.

Your Responsibilities

- Precision Detailing: Execute thorough interior and exterior cleaning, including high-level washing, waxing, vacuuming, and steam cleaning.
- The "Arrow" Eye: Inspect vehicles for any scratches, dents, or imperfections and report them to management to ensure no flaw goes unnoticed.
- Surface Protection: Apply specialized coatings and treatments to preserve the vehicle’s finish and long-term value.
- Workspace Mastery: Maintain a clean, organized detailing bay and ensure all high-end equipment is handled with care.
- Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and utilize cleaning agents responsibly to protect yourself and the vehicles.

What You Bring to the Team

- Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable being on your feet, moving constantly, and working in various weather conditions.
- Communication Skills: You can clearly explain a process to a customer or a technical need to a manager.

Note: Previous experience in a high-volume dealership or detailing shop is a "plus," but if you have the passion and the work ethic, we are more than happy to train the right candidate.Why Arrow Motors? Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:
- Detailing: 1 year (preferred)
- Manual Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Ontario Drivers License (required)
