Are you an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in diagnostics and transmission systems? Do you enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping others develop their technical skills?

We are seeking an Automotive Technical Instructor to support the development of dealership technicians within a leading OEM network in Canada. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, training delivery, and mentorship, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on technician performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical training programs in both classroom and virtual environments.
- Facilitate hands-on instruction focused on diagnostics, repair procedures, and transmission systems.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to dealership technicians.
- Assist with the continuous improvement of training content and learning materials.
- Stay up to date with emerging automotive technologies, diagnostic methodologies, and repair procedures.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
- Strong experience with automatic and/or manual transmission diagnostics and repair.
- Solid knowledge of powertrain systems,



drivability concerns, electrical systems, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Dealership or OEM experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or developing technicians is highly valued.
- 310S, Red Seal, or equivalent automotive certification preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
