Golden Way Transport Inc. is a family-owned and operated trucking company looking for a reliable and experienced AZ Truck Driver to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced AZ Truck Driver for flatbed operations throughout Ontario. This is a great opportunity for a driver with 3+ years of AZ driving experience who is looking for consistent Ontario-only work and a flexible schedule.

Flatbed experience is an asset, but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safely operate commercial trucks with flatbed and step deck trailers throughout Ontario.
- Secure, strap, chain, and tarp loads as required.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with safety regulations.
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and transported safely.
- Assist with loading and unloading when required.
- Follow all applicable MTO and company safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and delivery documentation.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and other drivers.
- Perform basic equipment checks and report mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS





- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean CVOR
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Flatbed or step deck experience is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Fluent in English
- Physically able to perform duties associated with flatbed work, including securing loads, handling straps and chains, and climbing trailer steps or access points safely.
- Valuable communication and time management skills.
- Mechanical knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading freight, securing loads, handling straps and chains, and climbing trailer steps or access points safely.
