Duties

- Operate backhoes to excavate trenches, foundations, and other site preparations with accuracy and safety
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards.




- Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, project progress, and safety checks.
- Proven experience operating backhoes, in a construction setting.
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting..
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions..
- Robust understanding of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites.
- Able to work in hi traffic areas safely
- Must know what utilities are in the dig area and work around them confidently.
- Previous experience is NECESSARY.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
