Duties

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, bread, and other desserts

- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests and design specifications

- Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients

- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures or cooking times as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of orders

Skills:

- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods

- Creativity and artistic skills for cake decorating

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace

- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
