Epic Dance Complex is hiring a Ballet Teacher in Training to learn alongside our experienced ballet team. This is a grow-into-your-own-classes chance designed for someone who is passionate, coachable, and ready to develop.

What This Role Includes

- Co-teaching mentorship with an experienced instructor
- Hands-on training with RAD syllabus creative ballet programming
- A clear pathway from assistant → co-teacher → lead teacher
- Substitute opportunities to build confidence across age groups
- A studio team that values training, growth, and community

Schedule & Hours
- Monday evenings (core availability)
- Sub opportunities across programs
- 3 hours minimum/week to start with room to grow

What You’ll Do

- Support ballet classes for dancers 18 months – 18 years
- Assist with classroom flow, corrections, and student support
- Learn lesson structure, progressions, and how to teach with confidence




- Help prep students for recital performance (as you grow)
- Be part of studio events and team training
